The Hiring Process
At Edfinancial Services we put great effort into hiring the right people for the right jobs. There are several steps to the hiring process that start with reviewing online job applications. Applications that are thorough and complete make the best impression. If an applicant's qualifications meet our needs for a position, we contact the applicant and conduct a phone interview. If it looks like there may be a match, we follow up with an onsite interview with human resources (HR) and the management team from the appropriate department. If we decide to move forward we check references closely, do county criminal background checks and verify education. The final approval process involves signatures from upper management that ultimately leads to a formal job offer.
