If you have an existing login for Manage My Account, you can log in to Edfinancial.com/MMA to see if you have a notification that your account has been moved. If so, you will be able to create your new online account at Edfinancial.com/MyAccount. You will need your social security number and will be asked to change your password. Once you log in you will be able to view your new account number.

With the new student loan servicing system, there is a new online borrower portal. You will need your social security number and will be asked to change your password.
