Courts have issued orders blocking student debt relief. The Biden-Harris Administration is seeking to overturn those orders. For the latest information regarding the status of student debt relief, visit StudentAid.gov.
Just Announced: The student loan payment pause is extended until the U.S. Department of Education is permitted to implement the debt relief program or the litigation is resolved. Payments will restart 60 days later. If the debt relief program has not been implemented and the litigation has not been resolved by June 30, 2023 – payments will resume 60 days after that. We will notify borrowers before payments restart.

By selecting the KwikPay1 option, your payments will be automatically debited each month from your designated checking or savings account. This option allows for convenient and timely payments without the hassle of mailing your payment or remembering to pay online each month.
To register for KwikPay, log into Manage My Account. If you have never accessed your account online, you will first need to create a username and password. Once you have logged in, select "Set Up KwikPay" on the home page or "KwikPay" under the "Payments" menu in the top navigation.
Edfinancial Services will debit your bank account on your due date or, if your due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, on the first business day after your due date. Your payment will be posted to your student loan account within three to five business days and will be made effective for your due date.

Log into Manage My Account to make a single online payment for the current date or a date no more than 30 days in the future. If you have never accessed your account online, you will first need to create a username and password. Select "Make a Payment" on the home page or "Pay Now" under the "Payments" menu in the top navigation. You can also receive your billing statements online by selecting "Sign up for eStatements" on the home page or "Manage Paperless" on the drop-down list behind your username in the menu at the top. Please note that payments submitted before 4:00 pm EST are credited the same day, while payments submitted after 4:00 pm EST are credited as of the next business day.
You may also authorize others to make payments on your account by logging into Manage My Account and selecting "Authorized Payers" on the drop-down list behind your user name in the menu at the top. You will need to provide the name and email address of the authorized payer, and you will need to create a username and password for them. We will email the authorized payer their username along with instructions on how to submit a payment, and they will need to contact you for their password.
If you make your student loan payments through your bank or another online bill pay service, please ensure your service is updated with the correct account number and payment address. You will be able to find your account number and payment address on your billing statement or by logging into Manage My Account.
Please note that payments sent to Edfinancial Services at the incorrect addresses may be redirected. Redirected payments will NOT post until the payment is received at the correct address. This means that your payment may be posted late.
If you make your payment each month by mailing a check or money order, please make sure your name, account number and correct payment amount is listed. Also, be sure to mail your payment several days prior to your due date to ensure that it is received on time. Your payment will be made effective for the date it was received. Save a stamp and be paper free by considering one of the online or electronic payment methods above. You can also register to receive electronic statements and other correspondence through our secure My Secure Messages within Manage My Account.
Important: To avoid significant delays, it is very important to mail your payments to the correct address. Your payment mailing address may be different, depending on your loan program. Please check your billing statement, log into your online account, or contact us to get the correct payment mailing address for your loans.
Save time and upload documents online! Visit Manage My Account and select "Upload Documents and Forms" under the "Documents" menu.
You may make a payment by sending a check or money order through the mail. Please see the “Pay by Mail” section above or visit our Contact Us page for our payment address. Unless you direct your payments to an individual loan or loan group, when you mail your payments using the payment coupon attached to your monthly billing statement, your payments will be allocated across the individual loan or loan group(s) for which you have co-signed.
If you want your payments to be allocated differently, you can direct payments (including partial payments) to individual loans or loan groups. In order to direct your payment to an individual loan or loan group, please include instructions with your payment specifying how you would like the payment allocated.
The borrower of the loan for which you cosigned can authorize you to make payments on your loans through our online borrower portal, Manage My Account. The borrower will provide us with your email address, and then they will create a username and password for you. We will email you instructions on how to submit a payment, and you can contact the borrower to receive your username and password.
If you have co-signed for multiple loans or loan groups, you may target your payments to a specific loan or loan group.

You can use your bank or another online bill pay service to make payments (make sure they don't charge a fee). They will need your account number and the payment address information.
Prefer to pay by check or money order? You can mail your payment to the address located on your statement. Make sure that your name, account number and correct payment amount is listed.

If you are a co-signer on a loan, you are able to make payments via mail, phone, or online as an Authorized Payer.
