Be on the Lookout for Updates

In Spring 2024, you will see improvements to your experience in managing your federal student loans. Beginning March 11, 2024, we will release updates to the look and feel of our website and you will then need to visit us at our new web address, Edfinancial.StudentAid.gov. Additionally, our emails will now come from .gov email addresses.

Note: Servicing Platform Transfer

All accounts have now been moved to the new platform. You should have received an email or paper letter notification from Edfinancial, and you can now create your new online account at Edfinancial.com/MyAccount. You will need your social security number and will be asked to confirm demographic information that we have on file for you. Once you log in you will be able to view your new account number under your “Profile” tab.

If you have never been to your online account before, you must register as a new user.

If you created an account with Manage My Account (MMA) in the past, you will still need to create a new account. Your username and password will not automatically transfer to the new system.

If you have created an account, but forgot your username or password, go to Edfinancial.com/MyAccount, and click on "Forgot User ID" or "Forgot Password".

If you are encountering an error page that looks like the following, close the tab, go to Edfinancial.com/MyAccount and navigate from there. You may experience this error if you try to go back a page, or if you tried to go directly to the secure login page. If you need to bookmark the page, be sure that the link you bookmark matches https://Edfinancial.com/MyAccount.

If you're still experiencing issues with logging in, or if you are receiving an unexpected error message, feel free to contact us for further assistance. Please note the type of error you received and the time so we can better research the issue.
